By accessing or using the Calebra ADHD platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Calebra ADHD is a virtual telehealth platform that connects clients with licensed Ontario Nurse Practitioners for non-emergency ADHD assessments, diagnosis, and medication management. Our services are provided in accordance with the standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and CADDRA clinical guidelines.

Our services are not suitable for psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a crisis line, visit your nearest emergency department, or call 911.

4. No Guarantee of Diagnosis or Prescription

Booking an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis of ADHD or the prescribing of any medication. All clinical decisions — including diagnosis and prescribing — are made solely at the professional discretion of the assigned Nurse Practitioner based on clinical findings, required lab testing, and applicable clinical guidelines.

All content on the Calebra ADHD website — including text, graphics, logos, and assessment materials — is the property of Calebra ADHD and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Calebra ADHD and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
